The Residences at Christina Landing Take Home Two DAA Awards

November 13, 2017

Please join us in congratulating the team at the Residences at Christina Landing for being recognized at the Delaware Apartment Association (DAA) Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards held Thursday evening!

Congratulations to Jennifer Jones for being awarded Leasing Professional of the Year! Jenn was chosen among 15 other leasing consultants for her leasing skills, professionalism, integrity, and competence. Jenn has been a dedicated leasing consultant at the Residences at Christina Landing since 2012. The property’s Community Director, Melissa Massey, had nothing but the best to say about her associate: “Jenn exemplifies the best qualities in a Leasing Associate, including her outgoing personality, sales focus, ability to close, and empathetic nature when handling resident concerns. No one is more deserving of this prestigious honor!”

Our maintenance team was also awarded 2nd place for Maintenance Excellence. Congratulations to Pat Hamill, Richard Baines, and Ed Sill for keeping the property running smoothly!

In addition to our community awards, ResideBPG was awarded the highest honor of Management Company of the Year. We are so proud to be a part of this amazing company!

Our team members strive to exceed the expectations of residents, fellow associates, and the community 365 days a year. We are honored to see their efforts recognized by the DAA on this special occasion.

The DAA Best of Delaware Apartment Living awards are held annually to recognize the achievements of apartment communities and property management companies in the multi-family housing industry in Delaware. In order to receive the awards, each individual and property goes through a series of testing and interviews. All of the awards are state-wide honors.

The Delaware Apartment Association was formed to advance the rental housing industry through educational, legislative, and informational support, helping its members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around them.
