Don’t Miss the First State Flea Market on Aug. 5 at Glasgow Regional Park

August 1, 2017

Even though the First State Flea Market only started last year, all of its vendor spaces are already occupied. The two Delaware natives and best friends who came up with the idea for the First State Flea Market were clearly right when they determined that their area didn’t have enough opportunities for artisans and entrepreneurs to sell directly to the public. Now, every first Saturday of the month, there’s a platform for these creatives.

Come to Glasgow Regional Park on Saturday, August 5th between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to check out what the First State Flea Market has to offer. In addition to antiques and vintage items, handcrafted pieces, and other unique wares, the market also offers fresh fare from food trucks to keep you fueled up all day long. Expect to encounter some of the same produce and food vendors that you see at the local farmers’ market, too.
