Bring Your Brood to Wilmington River Taxi Family Nights
July 25, 2017Whether you’re looking for a traffic-free way to get from one end of the city to the other or want to take a floating history tour of the city, the Wilmington River Taxi can help. And now through the end of August, the Wilmington River Taxi Family Nights offer a special tour just for families.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 and 7 p.m., the Family Nights welcome families of four for just $16 total (plus $4 for each additional family member) to board the taxis and float along the Christina River. These special tours are led by a Nature Guide from the Delaware Nature Society, who is extremely knowledgeable about local flora and fauna. You’ll learn everything you ever wanted to know about your city’s nature over the course of the tour and, afterward, families receive a 10% off coupon for the Riverwalk Snack Shack if you want to do dinner.
